Okay, I realize the name "staple salad" doesn't sound too great, but it's such a delicious salad that it's become a staple for all my dinner parties, potlucks, and everyday dinner salads. You can switch out the apples for pears and add dried cranberries too (we ran out).
It's salty, sweet, tart, crunchy, and fresh.
What you'll need:
1. Add all salad ingredients together in bowl.
2. Add all dressing ingredients in a jar/container and shake for 10 seconds.
3. Pour dressing on salad, toss, and enjoy!
YEILD: Makes 2 dinner salads or 4 side salads.
